Analog Pressure Indicator ZDA

The oil pressure in the high pressure chamber of the TOX Powerpackage is registered by the pressure ransducer as system pressure and displayed on a 5 digit readout, which has an integrated power supply. The pressure transducer features a ceramic sensing element with a diaphragm. As the pressure is applied to the diaphragm, the distance decreases, increasing the capacitance value. The indicator displays the oil pressure in bars or psi.

The equivalent output force in kN or lbf can then be obtained. A freely programmable microprocessor controls the signal output. The programming is done with the pushbuttons on the front of the processor measuring unit. The function mode "instantaneous value memory" is available to receive variable signals. The processor also features a peak value function. Additionally, the processor provides a selectable analog output (4…20mA, 0…10 V)to connect to a PLC. A serial interface is optional for the transmission of the recorded data to a PC.
