Powerpackage service

- required tools and spare parts for maintenance / repair of TOX-Powerpackage cylinders

 

The following items are needed for an efficient maintenance or repair of a TOX-Powerpackage:

  1. Operating manual
  2. Serial number of the cylinder: found on nameplate!
  3. Seal kit: please order from TOX using the serial number
  4. Oil refill pump ZP 20
  5. Hydraulic oil HLP 32 1-, 5- or 10 liter containers, or any other specified oil
  6. Seal replacement tool kit, Order-No.181109
  7. Torque wrench (see operating manual for tightening torques).
  8. For spare parts, please refer to the legends on the last page of the operating manual or to the download -inquiry form on this page.
Nameplate

Code to Type designation (example S 15.00.050.06):

 

S = Model (TOX-Powerpackage Type S)
15 = Press force in kN
.00 = 10 bar TOX-Powerpackage version, .30 = 6 bar version
.050 = Total stroke in mm
.06 = Power stroke in mm

 

The serial number is made up of a six digit material number and a consecutive unit number (example 123456.99)

123456. = material number
99 = unit number
